Keep track of everything you need in one place. Use this digital printable to track of your mood in both the beginning and end of your day, the weather, and how well you slept the night before. Then use the wellness section to track if you took your medications, exercised, practiced mindfulness, and your water intake. Then make sure to empower your day with a positive note, or daily affirmation. Use the note section to jot down reminders or tasks to add to the following day. Then as your day is wrapping up reflect on the day as a whole and find one positive take away from the day (even if it is a simple as taking a shower…and yes for some that is an accomplishment).
I created this in collaboration with my husband. After years of struggling with his mental health and trying to stay focused and productive in both his personal and professional life he was diagnosed with ADHD. He found that in breaking down his tasks he needed to accomplished based on his focus and energy level helped so much with feeling productive and accomplished. We then combined a daily planner with all the details he tracks in various places so he can do it all on one sheet.
He prints out a sheet daily and when the day is over he reflects on his day and previous days to see his progress.
